You Will Enjoy Our Breakfast
At the Melange, we try to make your stay a culinary experience as well. Start your day with a strong, European style coffee or choose from a rich variety of teas. The breakfast is traditionally served in the Greenhouse Room with candle light and festive china.
The breakfast menu changes everyday and would typically consist of two or three courses depending on the specific entree:

With advance reservation, Lale and I welcome others who do not stay at the Melange. Prix Fixe $16.50 per person plus 6.75% tax for such guests. Larger groups may be served on the Mediterranean Court or on the Pan Fountain Patio until 10 AM..
